"Thanks!" to many of you, including green_dino, CheesyGoodness, Goldenmeans, GigiofCa, & Ruffles (in this post) as well as Ema & Marietta, who let us know about the latest update to J.Crew's sale section. The {dreaded} Final Sale has reappeared on J.Crew's website today (click here).I guess we all knew that the removal of final sale was not going to last forever. But for some reason I thought it would not return until the end of summer. It seemed like we had a good run without the "final sale".
J.Crew also sent an email this morning (shown below) with the subject line of "Introducing FINAL SALE - today is the day". J.Crew, no "introductions" needed. ;)
What are your thoughts on the final sale's return? Did you know it was coming? Does "final sale" play a factor in the purchasing decision when it comes to purchasing sale items?
