J.Crew sent them all a small white box with the words "A little something from J.Crew...." on the label. Inside, there was a set of note cards with a card, shown below (click on the image to view larger), with the following text:
Just a gift to say thank you...for being one of our best J.Crew Credit Cardmembers.
Enjoy the enclosed custom-designed note cards. They were illustrated by one of our women's designers, Somsack. We fell in love with the whimsical illustrations, and we know you will too.

Moreover, the custom designed note cards had a variety of J.Crew-themed designs. "Thanks!" to Lily, who shared with us the various designs (as shown below).
What a fabulous gift for J.Crew card members! I really like the whole "surprise-gift" from J.Crew to its card members too- it's a nice and unexpected gesture. (Especially since we recently discussed the lack of good benefits for card members. Refer to this post.) ;)So if you are a card member, chances are you will be receiving "a little something from J.Crew" in the mail in the next couple of days, so keep "an eye out" for it. :)
